50/50 Raffle

Note: You must be at least 18 years of age or over and be a legal U.S. resident to be eligible to win. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  The Raffle shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina applicable to raffles fully carried out within North Carolina. All winners are subject to IRS and North Carolina rules and regulations regarding gambling winnings. The winner of the prize is responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes attributable to the winnings. Any fees or other taxes, in connection with the cash prize, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. This Raffle is subject to the Rules & Regulations. By participating in this Raffle, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read the Rules & Regulations and agrees to be bound by their terms.
