Both Beth and her husband, Brentley, are North Carolina natives as well as fellow UNC - Chapel Hill and Campbell Law alumni. Beth practices law for the State of North Carolina as the Associate Director of the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission. Prior to her work at the Commission, Beth worked for the North Carolina Department of Public Safety -- representing both the state prison system and state juvenile justice department.
